New #ForkBrewing release, Saison de Citra 5% Dry-Hopped Farmhouse Ale, goes on tap this Monday!

This is a big batch brew in which Brewjesus, a.k.a. Kelly Ryan, was asked to trial a new yeast by Fermentis Dry Brewing Yeast, an international yeast supplier.

The results are a clean beer, light on the palate with a gentle mouthfeel and dry finish with some tartness in the aftertaste; a little biscuity wheat malt character and some lemon and lime curd, Juicy Fruit gum and mountain papaya notes.
