Tulameen is a kettle sour with a twist: following the souring process using lactobacillus, this wheat beer is then fermented with a German wheat beer yeast strain to add notes of banana and bubble gum, before a huge amount of raspberries is added in maturation. The result is a bracingly tart and refreshing beer with a pinkish hue, absolutely brimming with the flavour of ripe raspberries.
